The organic method

Organic viticulture is a method of growing grapes that excludes the use of synthetic chemicals, such as pesticides, herbicides and artificial fertilizers, favoring instead natural practices to preserve biodiversity and soil fertility.

This approach is based on sustainable techniques that respect the balance of the ecosystem, improving the quality of the grapes and reducing the environmental impact.

One of the fundamental aspects of organic viticulture is soil management: organic fertilizers, such as compost or manure, are used to nourish the soil naturally.

The fight against parasites and diseases is addressed with ecological methods, such as the use of antagonistic insects, copper and sulfur-based preparations, and crop rotation.

Vegetation cover between rows helps prevent erosion and improves biodiversity.

Organic wines, obtained from grapes grown with this method, do not contain chemical residues and comply with rigorous certification standards. The result is a more authentic product, an expression of the territory and climate in which it was born. Organic viticulture is not only an agricultural choice, but also an ethical one, contributing to the protection of the environment and the health of consumers.
